PROS:-
It has new 5G capable Snapdragon 765G processor inside. It is quite powerful to handle day to day tasks, gaming etc. Oxygen OS which runs the phone, the custom UI from OnePlus is very efficient and smooth. It is bloat free and no lag should be there. The camera is 48MP camera at the back same as OnePlus 8. In the front they have dual punch hole camera one is regular camera another is wide angle lens. It supports Warp charge 30watt capacity to charge the battery. The display they used is good quality as it has 90Hz refresh rate and 2400 by 1080 6.4 inch OLED panel.
Cons:-
The storage is of UFS 2.1, which in our opinion should have been UFS 3.0 as its competitors are already providing it. Because of this some heavy applications take few seconds to open. According to various reviews back camera with 48MP sensor is not properly optimised. The back is plastic and not metal or glass which is not expected from OnePlus. Then it doesn't have any headphone jack and OnePlus doesn't even provide any dongle inside the box.
Competitor- Realme X3 with Snapdragon 855+ at the same range will give it a tough competition.
